Meeting Times | Scavenger Hunt | Activities | Itinerary
Meetings will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Majestic Building located at 2849 Gretna Road, Branson, Missouri 65616.
9:00 a.m. - Grand Crowne
1:00 p.m. - Carriage Place
3:00 p.m. - Surrey Condo
We will provide the maps, cameras, and scavenger list. After you complete your hunt, turn in your cameras, the photos will be developed and on Friday you can sit back and enjoy the pictures of your hunt around the Branson area. Each night there will be drawings for prizes, with the grand prize of a 7 night cruise for two to the exotic Eastern Caribbean (courtesy of Grand Crowne Travel).
Beginning on Monday, March 3, at 5:00 p.m., join us for the kickoff; a Hollywood Gala event at the Legends in Concert Theater. You can dress to impress or come as you are. Visit with some of the performers and enjoy a catered buffet dinner before this Grand Crowne exclusive private showing. This sampling of talent from the Legends performers will make you want to return for the 8:00 p.m. show, at a special ticket price for Grand Crowne Resorts’ owners!
The rest of the week, Tuesday through Friday, evening activities will be at the Majestic building. Seating begins at 4:45 p.m., the buffets begin at 5:00 p.m., and the evenings conclude by 7:00 p.m. Every night promises to be a fun-filled evening as some of the best entertainers in town stop by, join us for dinner, and perform a song or two, just for you!
On Tuesday, March 4, after the Owners’ Association meetings, come on over and enjoy Western Night. Join us for boot scoot'in, line dancing, and two-steppin'! So make sure you bring your cowboy hat, bandannas, cowboy boots and your Sunday best jeans.
Wednesday, March 5, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., stop by "Crowne View Estates" and tour The Lodges for an open house. While you are there, you can enjoy some refreshments and premier cheeses while you take a look around at what our beautiful lodges have to offer.
Starting at 5:00 p.m., join us at the Majestic where we will take you all the way back to the 1950’s. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the music and dances from that era. Make sure to pack your hair gel, poodle skirts, and bobby socks, because tonight promises to be a night to remember.
Thursday, March 6, will be a very magical night. Bring your top hat complete with a rabbit and dress as your favorite magician or even as a lovely sequined magician’s assistant. Be sure to bring your cameras full of great photos so they can be developed for the next evening. You'll be happy to see what "tricks" await you on this very mystical night.
The week concludes on Friday, March 7, as we find out who wins the grand prize! Then, sit back and go to the "Drive-In", complete with popcorn. The Majestic building’s dining room will be transformed into a drive-in theater. Enjoy all the photos you have taken throughout the week displayed on the big screen! Come as you are for your drive-in experience as you enjoy lots of laughs on this fun-filled night.
This year’s activities are geared to show you the best that the Branson area has to offer. Each night will be filled with prizes, food and music, so don’t miss out.
