2008 Nightly Rental Program

For those Owners who have participated or are currently participating in the Nightly Rental Program, we conduct an analysis on an annual basis to ensure its effectiveness and productivity. This year we are striving to further improve the Rental Program and return a higher level of rental and revenue production for all Owners who are participating. New Location for Owner Check-In and Registration:

We are excited to announce the remodeling of the front desk facilities at the Towne Centre. To better serve our owners and guests, this area is being greatly expanded and upgraded. Not only will the new facility provide a more comfortable and pleasing area to check in, it will also allow for a larger front desk staff during heavy check in periods. The result will be a speedier and more pleasant check-in process for owners and guests of all of our associations. This expansion has eliminated check-ins at Building 6 of Grand Crowne Resort property at 300 Golf View Drive. For your convenience, Guest Services will be available at Building 6 at Grand Crowne Resort to assist you with show tickets, entertainment and dining reservations. Click here for more information.
