The primary duties and role of this position is to increase nightly rental revenue through business development efforts and also manage the sale of affiliate resort marketing programs.  Collaborate with marketing team to drive overall resort marketing objectives through affiliate resort marketing sales and luxury rentals.

This position must be filled by an entrepreneur at heart; someone that can realize and act quickly when opportunities present themselves.  This position must understand the importance of obtaining the business, not just creating awareness; being a closer and a creator of relationships.

• proficient with personal computer operation
• proficient with internet and MS office products (word, excel, outlook, power point)
• create appealing sales presentations through the use of Power Point and multi-media to accomplish sales goals
• proficient in browsing the web and utilizing a search engine
• ability to design marketing pieces

• must be able to carry or lift small loads up to 25 lbs; delivery of brochures, posting of banners, etc. if necessary
