Condo Registration & Check-In:
Register and check-in at Grand Crowne Resorts Towne Center located at:

• Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.

• Minimum Stay: 2 Nights, 3 Nights Select Dates
• 11.6% Branson Tax Rate | 6.475% Indian Point Tax Rate
• If a booking is cancelled five days or more prior to the check-in date, no cancellation fee required.
• If a booking is cancelled 4 days or less prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night stay, plus tax/unit applicable.
• Major credit card required to guarantee booking. Full amount due five days prior to arrival.
• Payment Types Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Certified Funds.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorized to make any exceptions.
• Towel service is available for $6.50/night fee.
• Mid-week cleaning service is available for a $35 fee (free one time if here for two weeks). Touch up service is also available for a $15 fee; this includes removal of trash, quick vacuum, sheets and towel exchange.
• Small pets (under 50lbs) are welcome based on available 'pet-friendly' units. Pets must accompany guest at all times. Pets must be secured in appropriate 'pet carrier' if left unattended or housekeeping/maintenance is present.
• Management reserves all rights. All rates and policies subject to change without notice.
