Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

Two-night minimum stay required.
Room rates are applicable per maximum unit occupancy. There is no additional per person charge; each unit rate applies up to the limit of maximum occupants per unit.
Rates are subject to 11.6% city and state sales tax.
Towel service is available for $6.50/night fee.
Mid-week cleaning service is available for a $35 fee (free one time if here for two weeks). Touch up service is also available for a $15 fee; this includes removal of trash, quick vacuum, sheet and towel exchange.
Small pets (under 50lbs) are welcome based on available ‘pet-friendly’ units. Pets must accompany guest at all times. Pets must be secured in appropriate ‘pet carrier’ if left unattended or housekeeping/maintenance is present.

A major credit card is required in order to make and guarantee a reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, no personal checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We must receive no less than 48 hours advance notice prior to your check-in date, or one night's room/tax charge for each reserved condo unit will be applied to your credit card.
